Manufactured moulds are mainly used for large, simple shaped parts. Made of steel, aluminium or stainless steel, these moulds are lightweight, have a consistently thin cavity wall and are the least expensive approach for large moulds. These moulds are ideal for simple geometry products such as generic fuel tanks or storage containers.
